Fees

Regulated fees

In France, solicitors' fees are fixed by the act of 8 March 1978. This law determines a compulsory fee, variable according to the deed.

  • Before signing, your solicitor will give you an estimate of all the fees and remunerations.
  • He is obliged to ask for a retainer, for which he will give you a receipt.
  • At the end of the interventions, your solicitor gives you a detailed statement listing his fees, any disbursements made and the taxes received.

Non-regulated fees:

Solicitor's fees are determined in agreement with the client for:

  • Advice
  • Company law.
  • Sales of businesses.
  • Assessment.
